Kalios Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Description

Drizzle Kalios organic extra virgin olive oil over carpaccio and Greek salads. It has a bright and fruity flavour with peppery, vegetal notes. You can use it in dressings or as a finishing oil for Mediterranean dishes. 

The oil is made from Koroneiki olives harvested at the beginning of the season. The fresh, vibrant taste pairs beautifully with vegetables and seafood.

Kalios Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is available in two sizes:

  • 500ml
  • 2.5L

The olives are grown in the Kalamata region of the Peloponnese. Eight generations of the Chantzios family have tended to the centuries-old groves. The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed to preserve their flavour.

Kalios olive oil is famous for its low acidity (less than 0.3%). Low acidity is an indicator of quality and the care taken when processing the olives. The result is a fresher flavour and an oil rich in antioxidants.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
