This salt comes from Mesolongi in western Greece. It’s harvested by hand from the region’s pristine salt marshes. It’s 100% natural and unrefined.

Fleur de sel has a clean, powerful taste. You will find it in restaurant kitchens all around the world. Chefs use it as a finishing salt for steaks and grilled fish. It’s fantastic on eggs and potato dishes like rosti and gratin.
